Yes! Clients are always welcome to visit our offices during standard office hours to reserve vehicles. We love to show off our beautiful fleet, but we ask that clients make an appointment ahead of time so that we can ensure your desired vehicle will be in the garage.
What comes in the vehicle regarding drinks, food, etc.?
San Diego Brewery Tour’s vehicles are prepared with ice, bottled water, glassware and napkins. Customers are welcome to bring beverages. Alcoholic beverages are permitted as long as every passenger riding in the vehicle is over the age of 21. Other foods and beverages can be provided by San Diego Brewery Tour for an additional charge.
Can we bring coolers on a San Diego Brewery Tour bus?
Yes, San Diego Brewery Tour will allow customers to bring coolers on board the party bus or limousine. If you would like us to provide a cooler stocked with ice, please ask your San Diego Brewery Tour Reservation Associate for this service.
Do you have smoking limousines or vehicles?
All of San Diego Brewery Tour’s vehicles are NON-SMOKING.
How far in advance should I make my reservation?
San Diego Brewery Tour will take reservations as early as you know the date and time of your tour, special event, or celebration. We suggest booking your vehicle as early as two weeks, but we are happy to accommodate a last-minute event. Contact a San Diego Brewery Tour Reservation Associate as soon as possible to discuss our services.
Can I pay cash for my vehicle the day of the tour?
San Diego Brewery Tour will accept cash payment for services the night of the event as long as another form of payment has been made prior, at the time of reservation. For example: San Diego Brewery Tour will charge a credit card for services before the vehicle leaves our garage. The client will pay their chauffeur in cash at the time of pick-up for the remainder of the service.
How can I obtain a receipt for my charges?
San Diego Brewery Tour can provide receipts (upon request) for charges following service in the form of an email.
What is your standard cancellation policy?
